We’re pleased to bring you a summer residency from a pair of disco legends and previous Locomotive regulars, the Disco Freaks express runs directly into Hackney Central every Saturday night this August!
Disco Freaks have built up a reputation as one of the most exciting soul and funk vinyl DJs around, spinning grooves all over the UK, Europe and New York. Over the last 8 years, the energetic duo from Blackburn and Margate have shared a residency with the legendary John Morales, supported Roy Ayers and brought the boogie to such destinations as Glastonbury, Bestival, Italy, Ibiza and Croatia.
The boys also have a weekly show on Hoxton Radio and New York’s The Face Radio every Wednesday 7-9pm plus a monthly show on Totally Wired Radio, the new station by Acid Jazz Records & Fred Perry.
